The exercises included some that were not merely challenging although I am a bit creaky I am not disabled in any way but unsafe for the elderly. We often have problems with balance, for example, and any reputable fitness plan warns you about this and how to modify the actions so as not to put yourself at risk. I emailed the company and got a charming reply, complete with emoji, thanking me for my complaint because it will help them improve the app. SO DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY FOR THIS APP IF YOU ARE AN ELDERLY BEGINNER. IT IS NOT MEANT FOR YOU.

Two Days Ago I Purchased One Years
Two days ago I purchased one years subscription of the Yoga go app. I am not happy with the app and wanted to contact the Yoga Go customer services, It appears that “Contact US” option in the setting is disabled, I am able to expand every other option in the settings except “Contact Us” This makes me wonder if this is deliberate attempt to stop the new customers from cancelling the subscription in the early days of the purchase ???? Secondly, the daily menu does not give list how many portions are in the given recopies.
