All courses are registered with Yoga Alliance for RYT-200/300/500 Hour and YACEP Continuing Education Hours.Classes may be attended in-person or online. All classes are recorded for later viewing.
Our teacher training director is Laura Spaulding, who began practicing yoga in 1967 and started traveling to India to study yoga in 1986. Laura has been teaching since 1994 and has taught over 100,000 students. Laura has traveled to India to study yoga numerous times and is recognized by her teachers in India as an authority on yoga. Laura has been registered with Yoga Alliance as a 500 E-RTY teacher since 2008.

These training provide the essential elements required to teach to the general population with strong emphasis on anatomy and alignment. The trainings provide a comprehensive education to teach yoga to all populations and skill levels.
Our programs meet bi-monthly on Saturday and Sunday from 9am-6pm both days for 5-6 months.

Our class schedule includes ashtanga vinyasa, yin, restorative, meditation, and Mysorefor all ages and abilities, livestream and in-person.
Celebrate the winter solstice and our return towards light with this candle lit class on the longest night of the year. The word solstice, in Latin, means sun standing still. As the sun is temporarily standing still, we will also pause to observe ourselves and the world around us and make room to reflect on what is truly important. The class will begin with seated and supine restorative postures to relax, restore, and prepare the body for a seated practice to chant 108 Oms.
Join Sarah New Year’s Day for a mantra and meditation class where you will be guided through a grounding yet uplifting sound immersion. The word mantra comes from the Sanskrit word manas which means mind. In Hinduism and Buddhism, mantras are used as tools to train the mind. By chanting Sanskrit or Tibetan syllables, we are training our mind to stay focused, while at the same time elevating our energetic frequency.

Naomi Wolfe , is a queer yoga instructor from Louisville, Kentucky who has been passively practicing yoga for 15 years.When Naomi found sobriety 2.5 years ago things changed as they found a daily practice. Shortly after, they realized the yogic path was the fire that they had been missing for so many years.In 2019 Naomi gained their 200hr certificate in Bali, Indonesia through the Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center recognized by the International Yoga Alliance.As a teacher they strive to make their classes inclusive for ALL and every BODY regardless of skill set, gender, race, pecuniary matters, etc.Connection through movement, support through community and love through self.
Hannah Lipman is a500 hour certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of practice and teaching.
Expect her classes to safely guide you through an all levels yoga practice and breath awareness. She strives to create an environment where all students can feel safe to explore their innermost self and strengthen their mind-body awareness.
Other fun facts about Hannah are that she is a teacher for JCPS and plans to pursue her PhD with a focus on LGBTQ literacy and graphic novels.
