Im KT, a Yoga teacher based in the heart of Sevenoaks, Kent.

I teach gentle Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. I offer compassionate and mindful classes to emphasise the healing benefits of yoga as well as its potential to uplift and energise. My classes are nurturing and focus on breath-led sequences that help release tension, improve flexibility, strength, posture and balance.

We all move and breathe in our own unique way, I help clients become aware of how their bodies feel and move. Together we explore ways of making yoga accessible to all, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Yoga is for everyone. I also have a passion for music which guides us through the flow of movement and breath.

I offer individual, group and corporate classes online and in person.

Thursday Nov 18 At 7 Pm: Yoga With Judith

Enjoy a beginner level Vinyasa yoga program led by Judith Hilinski of Meet Yoga Judith. No experience required. The class will be demonstrated in levels so whether you are new to yoga or have practiced in the past, this class will allow you to experience the connection and mindfulness of yoga. Space is limited. Registration is required. For adults ages 18+.

    I came into Kent to visit my family for the holiday weekend and I took the Restorative Yoga with Sherry on Tuesday night. Seriously, this was the best way to begin the Thanksgiving weekend after a stressful day of travel! If you’ve never tried yoga before, this is the perfect way to get acquainted with it. It’s an easy stretching and relaxation class for all ages. Don’t be intimidated that you’ll only see lithe, little 20 somethings here. The age range of the people attending classes that night were as young as 30 to upper 70s. The practice is calming and quiet. Sherry plays soothing music, guides you through the stretches, and the lights are dimmed to allow each person to let the stress roll off your body. You won’t break a sweat in this class but you’ll feel more flexible and rejuvenated when you leave the room. Every muscle was singing when I left and I slept like a baby that night. I’d never been to Centerpeace before but I wish I lived closer to attend their classes. What a great gem of a find. I will be back for sure!

Yoga Is For Every Body

Yoga classes are now being offered at FJKluth Art Gallery!

Beginners Yoga Classes: Mondays from 7-8:15 pm, Fridays from 6:30-7:45 pm

Yoga for Teens : Thursdays from 7:15-8:30 pm

Yoga for Kids : Saturdays from 2-3:15 pm

Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, or blanket to practice on. All classes are $10 per session. It is encouraged that you register ahead of time, but walk-ins are always welcome! Classes are held at 300 N. Water St. in Kent, Ohio at FJKluth Art Gallery. Other class times and private sessions are available upon request. It is important to note that everyone, regardless of current physical state, can practice yoga. Poses can be modified so that they are safe or more comfortable to practice. If you do have a health condition, consult your doctor and let me know before we begin class. This way, I will be able to tell you ahead of time if we will be practicing any poses that may not be safe for you to do, and how to modify them. If a modification cannot be made, I will advise you to practice a restorative while the others try it.

In yoga, we honor our bodies. That means that if something hurts or causes pain, we come out of the pose immediately. There is a fine line between “discomfort” and “pain,” and we must respect what our body tells us to know the difference.

One Love Yoga has been open since 2013. We offer an all inclusive, family-run studio that is a safe space for our students. We offer yoga teacher training twice a year, workshops, CEU classes for current instructors, aerial yoga and an assortment of yoga classes, both in studio and online. We also have a small boutique that offers eco-friendly products such as mats, blocks, blankets, towels, candles, soaps and more.
