Yoga Flow With Soul offers Vinyasa yoga classes that incorporates yoga postures , breath, and meditation.
Vinyasa Yoga is a type of yoga that integrates movement with breath. It helps to strengthen the body as well as to relax the mind. In this class we will flow through asanas and incorporate meditation to relax the body and the mind. Enjoy your flow with music from nature sounds, reggae to smooth jazz. This class is for Intermediate Level with modifications for Beginners.

Bcns And Imagine Yoga Wellness Center Partnership
The Belair Cooperative Nursery School prides itself on it’s close ties with the community, one of the many reasons it’s been an institution in the City of Bowie for over 50 years. A few years ago, a yoga studio by the name of Imagine Yoga Wellness Center decided to partner up with BCNS. The two had a passion for creating places within the community that would not only foster the well-being of it’s citizens, but also bring people together. The two came together in 2014 and have been creating harmony ever since. The students of BCNS take a short walk over to Imagine and take part in a thirty- minute class twice a month. The children learn new poses based on themed classes such as Zoo Yoga, Snowman Yoga , and the fan favorite, Surfer Yoga. It’s become a great outlet for kids to not only be active, but also tap into their imagination. The kids love it and the practice bodes tons of benefits. During those thirty minutes students exercise their mind and body, while teamwork and appreciation for themselves and others is greatly encouraged. The classes aren’t just for the little ones either. Both of the school’s teachers, Ms. Penny and Ms. LaShoan agree that they enjoy the classes just as much as the children. Don’t let the kids have all the fun! What To Wear To Yoga Class
Most women prefer to wear tank tops or a sports bra that’s made of a cotton and lycra blend when they do yoga. Loose tee shirts and underwire bras are usually a no-no because they have a tendency to get in the way of movement.
For the bottoms, most women prefer to wear tights. These comfortable and stretchable pants will provide you with a full range of movement and allow your instructor to check your alignment. For slower-paced classes, you may be able to pull off wearing long skirts or stretchable harlem pants.
Before You Come To Class
- Do not attend class if you are sick.
- Please bring your own yoga mat and equipment with you to class. No equipment will be provided at this time.
- Online class registration via Parks Direct is required prior to attending class. Children ages 18 and under must be registered by a parent or guardian.
- You must have a Parks Direct account and be a verified Prince Georges County resident in your Parks Direct account to register for classes.
- Please arrive at class on-time. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, your spot may be forfeited to another participant.
- There is no guaranteed access to water fountains or restroom facilities at class locations please come prepared.

Crofton Yoga Studio & Directions
Crofton Yoga has two spacious studio rooms with adjustable lighting and cork flooring as well as ample space for clients to take a deep breath and relax. We provide all the props you will need for any class, but you are welcome to bring your own. We have a small retail boutique offering yoga props, books and CDs.
