Since karma in its nature is spiritual, it is considered one of the easiest and most effective ways for you to develop your spiritual side. Rather than hoarding or keeping all of the results of our actions to us, it is considered a better spiritual offering.

What we experience at present is the result of the karma from our previous actions whether it is good or bad. Its basically caused and the effect that we have shaped can be retorted by karma yoga kind of like fighting fire with fire. Whether we recognize it or not, we sometimes perform actions that we become unaware of. In fact, even something as simple as sitting down can be considered an action.
