Do Yoga In Front of Them

At their earliest ages, kids are sponges and parrots. They repeat and imitate everything they see and hear – and then they absorb it. Get them used to seeing yoga poses from young ages so that they naturally gravitate towards wanting to learn more about it. It will be a much easier transition than if they never saw you do a pose and then try to learn how to do yoga poses without practice or exposure to it.


Start Them off Easy

Before I had kids, I always said given the choice I would choose an all-boys household over all-girls. I grew up with only sisters and always wanted a brother. My mom and I came across these great matching leggings from Pineapple Clothing. Im normally not a matching clothes type of girl, but these are really cool. They are super comfortable! The material is like a leotard, so I can really move in it. They also have a lot of other matching clothes like dresses, tops and pants, which would be great for Easter! I think that Pineapple nailed it with some really fun patterns in their active wear. I might even let my mom get us another pair of matching yoga pants :).

One of our very favorite things about our Haute Holly Yoga Pants is that we can match with our daughters!
