Now, to be honest, I think people always have the opportunity to speak their mind about classes , but I also understand feeling uncomfortable speaking your truth to your teacher.

I know you might not remember me because its been years that I came to your yoga retreat camp and stayed for a week but what you taught me during that time still holds value in my life and hence I am writing this letter to you for thanking you for giving my life a new direction with yoga.

This teacher training exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost the teachers are excellent. They are so so encouraging, supportive and inspiring. The wide range of knowledge that I gained was exceptional. The classes are really varied, exciting and enjoyable. I was introduced to a wide range of subjects, including Ayurveda and nutrition. I have a much more complete vision of who I am and who I want to be as a teacher and have been set up perfectly to now go away and really delve into the areas that interest me personally. This journey was about so much more than yoga, the friends you will make and the personal development that you go through is too amazing to put into words. I really can’t recommend this enough.

Yoga Teacher Burnout Sign No : Youre Impatient More Often Than Usual
When we are tired, our filters are down. Our skin is thinner and we are not accurately interpreting reality. When we get frustrated more quickly this can sadly come out on our students. I can always tell where I am on the burnout scale based on how I react to people not honoring the rules of the yoga studio, like wearing their shoes or speaking on their phone. When our tanks are full, we are better able to respond with patience and kindness. We also tend to take things more personally when tired.
To-do: When you notice that things that are bothering you more often than usual, try to take a deep breath and let this be a nice opportunity to save what little energy you have by letting things go today.
