Teaching Yoga And Mindfulness To Children Level I:

Embark on a joyful journey with Yoga Child and lead teacher, Maureen Heil. During these four special days and evenings, you will acquire an in-depth understanding of yoga and mindfulness as related to children, as well as an appreciation of the developmental and behavioral needs of pre-school and elementary children. Upon completion of the Level I training, you will be able to skillfully create and teach thematic yoga and mindfulness classes that are safe, fun, and developmentally tailored for specific age groups within the range of ages three to ten. Yoga Master Sharat Arora was born in 1953 and discovered yoga in 1978.
