Free Guided Meditation Sessions In San Diego Ca

What is meditation?

Weve all heard about meditation but sometimes are not sure how to learn it or what to expect. Meditation is best understood as a state of mental silence or thoughtless awareness in which one is fully alert and aware but free of the unnecessary thoughts or worries that lead to many of lifes day to day stresses. This state of silence occurs spontaneously when one learns how to focus on the experience of the present moment, leading to a state of peace and calm.

Free meditation classes

Attending one of our classes will allow you to experience this inner peace. You will learn how to meditate at home and how to keep in mental and emotional balance. The techniques are intuitive and easy to learn and practice. No physical exercises, postures or special clothing is required. All meetings are offered free of charge by experienced practitioners.

What Are The Benefits Of Cleansing

LET’S BE HONEST, while we strive to be healthy, even the best of us fall off the wagon from time to time. There are so many delicious temptations and it is too easy to eat the unwholesome foods or to have one too many cocktails on a night out. On top of that, much of our food has unwanted chemicals, fertilizers, preservatives . On top of this, we are surrounded by medications, pain killers, air pollution, and a whole host of chemicals that come into contact with one of our largest organ systems, our skin.

These toxins build up in the body and can cause problems like digestive disorders, bloating, fatigue and lack of energy, waking up feeling tired and foggy instead of refreshed and revitalized, suffering from headaches, being emotionally unstable and stressed. Long term build up of these toxins are thought to be the cause of many degenerative and chronic diseases such as cancer and heart disease.

A regular cleanse gives the body a chance to detox and reset by flushing out this build up of toxins, in turn helping to boost the immune system. A juice cleanse floods the body with vital vitamins and minerals, aiding the detox process and providing an abundance of nourishment for the body. It also gives you time to focus on yourself. Pamper and nourish yourself!

Yoga Classes

E-RYT 500, YACEP, Fitness Coach, & Reiki Master

My yoga journey began in 2008, after a bad neck and back injury from a car accident. At that time, I was looking for ways to help remedy the pain and learned about the benefits of yoga. After practicing yoga for 3 weeks, the pain went away and I was hooked. Yoga not only enhanced my flexibility and strength, it also nurtured my spirituality, compassion, and happiness. This experience changed my life and gave me a new sense of purpose: to become an instructor and share this healing gift with others.

I received my 200-hour certification in 2012, during which time I attended multiple trainings to learn how to teach different formats so as to broaden my knowledge and reach all types of audiences. Vinyasa, yin, sculpt, hatha, bootcamp, mommy & me yoga, restorative yoga, gentle yoga, barre, and reiki are just a few of the many formats of health and fitness that I have certifications and experience in.

Words of encouragement and inspiration are a staple in my classes. My goal is to leave you as excited and passionate about yoga as I am, while feeling motivated and challenged in your practice.

She aspires to provide a class that shares her experiences, positive energy, and fun music with hopes to bring happiness, healthiness, and mental clarity. What To Wear To Yoga Class

Most women prefer to wear tank tops or a sports bra that’s made of a cotton and lycra blend when they do yoga. Loose tee shirts and underwire bras are usually a no-no because they have a tendency to get in the way of movement.

For the bottoms, most women prefer to wear tights. These comfortable and stretchable pants will provide you with a full range of movement and allow your instructor to check your alignment. For slower-paced classes, you may be able to pull off wearing long skirts or stretchable harlem pants.

Reasons To Let Trilogy Support Your Juice Cleanse

1. At Trilogy in San Diego, we are dedicated to you and your health. We use 100% organic ingredients. Always. This means our juice is bursting with the highest and most absorbable nutrition.

In our opinion, drinking a juice that is not organic is defeating the whole purpose. Non-organic produce has been found to have a much lower nutritional content. It is depleted of many important vitamins and minerals. The worst part: they are laced with GMOs and chemical pesticides. This will do far more harm than good! Detoxing with toxic vegetables simply does not work. Always choose 100% organic produce. These days, it is the only way.

2. Our juices are not pasteurized. This means all nutrients, vitamins and enzymes are intact. The juice is live, raw and totally fresh. Pasteurizing heats the product and kills all live enzymes. These enzymes aid with digestion and absorption. The Gerson institute, an organization where cancer is cured with raw juice, food and other non-toxic treatments, found that juice that had gone through the HHP process did not have the same healing effect compared with 100% raw organic juice. If it is HHP, it is simply not giving you the huge detoxing and healing benefits – cheer for raw juice cleansing!

4. We offer a juice cleanse with vegetables only, reducing the sugar content substantially. We also have many low carb smoothie options and a low carb acai bowl.
