With the decline in number of COVID infections and the high percentage of vaccinated students, some students are attending classes without masks and some students are continuing to wear masks because they are more comfortable doing so.
Zoom classes are continuing for students who feel safer at home. Please if you need the Zoom links.
If you have been away from your practice or are new to Iyengar Yoga I recommend the Thursday morning or Thursday evening class.
If you have a balance from the previous class series, please add that amount to your payment for the next series. Class fees can be paid by Venmo @Louise-Hoyt or check. If you are taking Zoom classes and wish to pay by check, please email me for the mailing address.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:30 AM | Beaty GymCombines a great cardio workout with strength and flexibility. These classes include step, floor aerobics, urban rebounding, kick box moves and strength training with free weights, medicine balls, bars and flexibility balls. Led by Jan Averwater, Fitness Ministry director and personal trainer there is no fee for this class.

Have you tried to stop or reduce use of pornography, but been unable to do so? Has it preoccupied your mind and kept you from what matters more to you? Has it impacted your relationships or the way you want to be relating to others sexually? If so, you might find our virtual pornography addiction group a welcome space to gain freedom from your addiction with others who can relate.
Engage with other group members, and therapist TIffany Lindfield, LMSW, ADAC, via telehealth in a twelve-week recovery group to address addiction to pornograpghy. Therapist lead & client powered, this group will utilize a variety of science-based, shame-free techniques to address the growing addiction to online/internet pornography. The group meets weekly with follow-up assignments in between group meetings. Participation in the group is iconfidential, and will begin with an intake assessment.

VIRTUAL CLASSES are marked VIRTUAL before the class name on the Class Schedule below. You can also filter by selecting Virtual as the Location. Sign up for class 20 min before it begins to ensure your spot! If notifications are turned on within your account, you will be emailed your Virtual Class link. If notifications are turned off, You can also access it by logging into your account via desktop, navigate to the class you signed up for under My Schedule and Select Join Class under Action. As soon as the teacher logs in about 5-10 minutes before class begins, you’ll be in!
