I’ve seen these yoga exercises before and the pictures a above are not correct. You should not be crinkling your skin while doing these. Particularly in the “bullfrog” doing it the way the model is will just increase your lip lines.

I have a facial book of different poses that has been proven to work for years and none of these are in it, or the other I found online before. These are more of a pain, makes me rather get needles in me. Who really recommends these articles and do you have any before and after pictures for gallery proof.
