Dianas School of Yogas Summer Boot Camp offers a transformative journey to the Self It is based on a Panchakarma model, an Ayurvedic system, where there is a removal of impurities of mind, spirit and body. This approach releases old patterns that allows for the reset of mind, spirit and body. A Few Business Updates:
We will reopen with our full schedule back in place except for a few changes on Monday 6/28th. We will review the attendance for 6 weeks to decide how to proceed with the schedule from this point forward. Weve our pricing to reflect the maintaining our space during the quarantine, the additional cleaning, sanitation, and supplies to keep you and our staff safe. We are having to discontinue Group Monthly Unlimited pricing options due to the fee collection problems. We will continue the Family Monthly Unlimited contracts which means only people in the same physical families can use the group option. Each student will be required to register before attending any class both in person and online. to ensure our waiting area is safe and social distancing guidelines are followed. Masks will be required only for those who have not been fully vaccinated.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Trained in the MBSR methodolgy, Diana incorporates elements of this practice with her years of experience as a yoga teacher and coach to create a session of healing and transformation for people experiencing such things as anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, illness, and low self esteem. MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a program that was developed by Jon Kabat Zinn at The University of Massachusetts. MBSR uses three formal techniquesmindfulness meditation, body scanning and simple yoga postures and incorporates the themes of non- judging, non – striving, acceptance letting go and beginners mind to heal and transform.

As the visionary for Satori, she brings forth a diverse array of experience which adds a uniqueness that really separates Satori from other wellness studios. With certifications as a: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Professor, Yoga Teacher , Ginastica Natural Instructor, Meditation Teacher, Birth Doula CD, and Shiatsu Therapist , she remains highly qualified with her credentials – but more importantly – with her experience. As you might notice – she has an insatiable hunger to learn and share.
