Accommodation At Olive Retreat Center
Olive3 offers different accommodation options. There are double/twin rooms, single rooms, a studio and an apartment for 3 people and 2 shared rooms with 6 beds each.
Most of the rooms, except for the studio and the apartment, share bathrooms. Theres one mixed bathroom , one male and one female, plus an additional separate toilette in the house and one in the garden.
Room Booking
You can book your bed in one of the shared rooms directly through us. Its 25 per night and includes breakfast. If you prefer your private room, we recommend to reserve it directly via booking.com.
Parayoga Online Master Training
Cost: $499
ParaYoga Master Training gives an online yoga training course run under the auspices of Rod Stryker.
This course encompasses four of the modules that form part of Strykers Yoga Master Training. This online course includes the following:
- A range of lectures, meditation practices and yoga instruction that covers around 130 hours of content all done through an online learning portal
- Access to notes for all four modules as well as a course manual
- Assignments and quizzes
- An online forum where students can ask any questions they might have
- Lifetime access to all coursework
The four modules covered in the curriculum are:
- Vinyasa Krama: The Energetics of Sequencing
- Tantra Shakti: The Power and Radiant Soul of Yoga
- Secrets of the Sutras: Light on Self Mastery
- Prana Shakti: The Power and Path of Yoga
One thing to note with this online course. It counts towards the full Master Training course offered by ParaYoga but if you want to be as a certified yoga teacher, you need to complete that.

Welcome To The University Of Utah’s 200
The ESSF Program has partnered with Yoga Alliance to offer an accredited 200-Hour Yoga Certification. The program is broken down into three courses that can be taken for credit or non-credit and is available to students, staff, faculty, and members of the community. All three courses MUST be completed in order to complete the 200-hour program and the program is the same regardless of which course series is used to enroll.
ESSF 1800/1801/1802: These courses are for students wanting to take the program for academic credit and will earn a total of 7.5 credit hours for completing the program. Students can enroll for these courses through the CIS portal.
ESSF 800/801/802: These courses are for students who do not need the academic credit hours and are completing the program for personal or professional development. Students can enroll for these courses through www.continue.utah.edu or through the CIS portal.
PEPEC 800/801/802: These courses are designed for students looking to enhance their professional development. An application is required for this option and students will be provided with a digital badge for their online profile post-completion. What Should I Make Sure To Bring With Me
It is advised to pack light, breathable clothing suitable for hot weather. You will be practicing yoga six days a week, so make sure to bring enough comfortable options. But no need to over pack, the island has many quick service laundry-mats where you can get your clothes washed for as little as IDR 20,000 per kg.
As with any tropical climate, Bali has mosquitoes. Protect yourself with insect repellent, long-sleeved trousers and tops and after-bite relief.
The island has convenience stores and pharmacies that sell basic toiletries, sunscreen, insect repellent and over the counter medicines. But it is recommended to come prepared, especially if you have particular requirements.
