Is It 100% Live Or A Mix Of Pre
You should ask yourself if you would like to have a 100% Live program where all the classes are being taught Live via Zoom or a similar program. Normally this type of Program runs for over 10 weeks at set times. You must be very disciplined and available for 10 weeks during this time.
Time zone is another issue. If its not in your time zone, you will have a lot of challenges.
Some Live trainings have 20-40 people attending at the same time. So ask yourself, can a teacher pay any attention to every individual? You will be paying over $1500, attending the training at fixed times for 10 weeks, and not getting any attention. The recording is of lower quality as Zoom only has 640×320 video quality recordings.
We have found that a mix of Pre-Recorded videos and Live sessions have more flexibility. Pre-recorded videos are HD quality and you can watch them as many times as you wish. Attend the Live sessions as per your time zone and schedule. There is an opportunity to ask questions in the community and on Facebook. Lastly, the biggest benefit is that you pay a fraction of the cost .

Peachtree Yoga Centre Teacher Training
Peachtree Yoga Centre is one of the oldest yoga schools in Atlanta and the first one to qualify for the requirements of Yoga Alliance in the south-east. They have trained hundreds of students successfully.
When learning about yoga asana, first there will be a demonstration of the pose, including alignment guidelines, verbal guidance, modifications, hands-on assists, benefits and contraindications, and then, to stabilize the learning, you`ll practice teaching what you just learned. Teacher Training In The Time Of Covid
In early 2020, our new CYTT students signed up for a six-month in person course to learn how to embody the gifts of yoga as well as share them with the world. This transformative course asks our students to dig in and participate in deep inner work during a normal year. We did not have a normal year. Between a global pandemic and a long overdue anti-racism reckoning, we dug deep into both the structure and content of our course. Ultimately, we spent seven of the nine weekends completely online, yet the depth of what we were able to accomplish was meaningful and REAL. We embraced our new reality and dove into Vimeo yoga philosophy sessions and Zoom teaching practicums. We bonded over virtual hangouts. We reached far past our comfort zones to create something amazing together: a container we could all pour ourselves into to help us move through the uncertainty of the time. We feel grateful to be able to bring those experiences and lessons into our 200-hour course for 2021.
