• Tuesdays 11am – 1pm ET – Yoga Humanities with Jeannie

• We recommend you participate live as much possible, as this is our main area for live teaching, and watch the replay each week if you miss a session

• We also will hold many weekly office hours, on zoom, where your specific questions can be discussed in a smaller group with your teachers

• Office hours for connection and Q& A will be finalized when we start. We highly recommend coming to some of these during your program.

• Cue Rehearsal are small groups practicing reading the pose cues to each others. Please attend at least one of these each week once they start, in the third module of the program.
