We also recommend practicing a vegetarian diet for at least one week before you arrive to allow your body time to adapt to our diet.

At Vishnu Yoga Shala, English is the main language used for teaching and as a mode of communication between teachers and students. Sanskrit will be used for the names of the asanas, in meditation, mantra chanting and in terms or phrases of Vedic texts.
